Our Team
Jane Adkinson
CEO
Jane Adkinson, CEO has a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Development. Prior to founding Adsync, Jane developed web-based and computer stand-alone instruction for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Pearson Merrill-Prentice Hall, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the Army Aviation War-fighting Center, Ft. Rucker, Alabama. She also developed and taught web-enhanced and fully-online courses in educational psychology and instructional media at the University of South Alabama.
Adam Adkinson
President
Adam Adkinson, President completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and his Master’s in Computer Science. Prior to founding Adsync, Adam worked as a Systems Engineering lead to develop software, hardware, and simulation systems for Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) / Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Orlando.
Clarence Pape
Executive Vice President
With more than 25 years of experience in the Federal and DOD markets, Clarence Pape brings unique insight and expertise to his position as Adsync’s Executive Vice President. Clarence joined Adsync Technologies in 2018 and leads all Adsync operations and business development functions.
Viewed as a forward thinking leader and change agent, Clarence is best known for his passion, energy and ability to transform organizations through technical innovation, breakthrough thinking and game changing solutions.
Prior to joining Adsync, Clarence held a number of executive roles, helping to grow numerous small businesses and large businesses on a global scale. As a seasoned professional in the IT and S&T fields, he previously ran the CIO shop for the Joint Staff and most notably managed the development of the first fully immersive virtual reality tactical trainer for Army Squad tactics.
In his varied and successful career, Clarence has been a Senior Manager for Big 5 Consultancy KPMG/BearingPoint, where he won the Navy’s prestigious “Lightning Bolt” award for technical innovation and excellence.
Clarence is a former United States Marine Corps Infantry Officer, holds professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). He holds a BS degree from the University of West Florida, and has a Global Executive MBA from the University of Miami.
Michelle Hanratty
Corporate Human Resource Manager
In her role, she is responsible for the successful execution of human resources initiatives to drive business performance and to create and sustain a premier work environment for employees. She has more than 20 years of commercial and government contracting experience in recruiting, benefits, labor relations, policy, procedure, and best practice implementation. Hanratty is a graduate of Webber International University with a B.S. in Business Management and a minor Marketing.
